SpecLink Cloud Version 2026.3.3 provides the following fixes to the system on July 13, 2026.
Fixes
The following fixes have been made to SpecLink Cloud:
- Print/Export Issues Resolved
- Reference Standards Appearing Out of Order
- Duplicate Paragraph Auto Numbering
- Invalid Excel Tag Report Issue
- Accepting Updates Needs to Retain User-Added Content
- Choice Changes Triggering the User-Modified Paragraph Function When Track Changes Is Enabled
- Text Capitalization in Header/Footer
- Users Not Appearing in @Mention Comment List
- Sections Locked by Same User Cannot Be Accessed by That User
- Pending Updates Indicator Incorrectly Showing Updates
- Various fixes have been applied
Print/Export Issues Resolved
The following print/export issues reported by some customers have been resolved:
- PDF/Word exports failed due to invalid filename issues.
- PDF exports failed due to long project names.
- Sections not starting on odd pages in single-file exports depending on settings selected in “blank page” options.
Reference Standard Appearing Out of Order
Resolved an issue where Reference Standards were listed out of the expected order.
Duplicate Paragraph Auto Numbering
Resolved an issue where paragraph auto numbering produced duplicate paragraph numbers.
Invalid Excel Tag Report Issue
Resolved an issue where an Individual Tag Report (Export to Excel) output resulted in invalid or corrupt file.
Accepting Updates Needs to Retain User-Added Content
Resolved a customer-reported issue where accepting updates removed content the user had modified. Users can now more closely monitor how user-added content is preserved or removed during the accept master update process.
Choice Changes Triggering the User-Modified Paragraph Function When Track Changes Is Enabled
Resolved an issue where changing a Choice with Track Changes enabled did not mark the containing paragraph as user-modified.
Text Capitalization in Header/Footer
Resolved issues with text case handling in Header and Footer content:
- Header/Footer case handling previously produced incorrect output in some scenarios.
- The “Clear” option in Change Case was intermittently not clickable nor functioning consistently.
Users Not Appearing in @Mention Comment List
Resolved the issue where certain users did not appear in the @mention list when adding comments.
Sections Locked by Same User Cannot Be Accessed by That User
Resolved the issue where a user could not access sections that had been locked by their own session. Users can now access sections locked by their own session.
Pending Updates Indicator Incorrectly Showing Updates
Resolved the issue where the Pending Updates indicator reported updates that were not actually pending. The "Pending Updates" indicator now reflects the actual state of pending updates.
Various Fixes Applied
Various data and code fixes that are project- or customer-specific have been applied since the previous SpecLink Cloud release.
