Overview
SpecLink Cloud Version 2.25 provides the following new features, enhancements, and fixes to the system.

New Features
New features added to SpecLink Cloud include:
Reject Comment
In addition to the ability to Resolve and Delete comments, users now have the ability to reject a comment as well. After clicking on the comment box to open up reply and edit options, reject will also be shown.
- The Display Comments drop-down includes a filter for Rejected comments.
- The Comments Report under the Reporting menu will include the “Rejected” option under the State column.
- Rejected Comments has been added to Role Permissions.

SpecLink Cloud Now Supports Revit® 2024
The BIM functionality of SpecLink Cloud now supports Revit® 2024 models.
Enhancements
Enhancements added to SpecLink Cloud include:
- Improvements to Track Changes Functionality
- Improvements and Additions to Role Permissions
- Improvements to Bubble Indicators for Available Updates and Comments
Improvements to Track Changes Functionality
The following enhancements have been made to the Track Changes feature:
- Users are now able to track the creation of a user paragraph and have the track changes markup displayed in print/export.
- Users are now able to track the deletion of a user paragraph and have the track changes markup displayed in print/export.
- Users are now able to track the deletion of a user paragraph and are able to accept and reject the track changes markup. This function will take into account whether or not there are edits in the paragraph or if the paragraph is blank.
- Users can accept or reject an added user paragraph at the paragraph level, branch level, and section level and have paragraph hierarchy maintained/enforced.
- The tracked changes of a deleted user paragraph is retained when a project is archived and then restored from archive.
- If a user accepts an added paragraph, then all changes within that paragraph are accepted automatically.
- When a user selects "Reject All" track changes, and not all rejections can be performed by the system, the confirmation pop-up message has been clarified to direct the user on how to complete the rejection of the track changes.

Improvements and Additions to Role Permissions
The following enhancements and additions have been made to Role Permissions:
- The ability to track the creation of user paragraphs and accept or reject the track changes markup will be dependent on the user’s role based on the role permission of “Accept/Reject all Track Changes at Section Level.”
- All Comments functions (Add, Reopen, Reject, Delete) are now included in the Role Permissions for the Projects and Office Masters sections.

Improvements to Bubble Indicators for Available Updates and Comments
Previously, if the bubble that shows the number of Available Updates or the number of Comments contains more than 3 digits, the bubbles were difficult to read. The has been corrected so that all digits are easier to read.
Fixes
The following fixes were made in SpecLink Cloud:
- Links are not Working for User Added Paragraphs Tagged ST and RE
- Project Notes Are Not Retained When Projects are Copied
- Auto-Save and Track Change
- System Messages Have Been Clarified
- Various Data Fixes Applied
Links are not Working for User Added Paragraphs Tagged ST and RE
When paragraphs with the Related Requirements Paragraph (RE) tag become active, the Related Requirements Title (ST) tagged parent paragraph should activate by green link and be active. The feature works for master paragraphs but has not been working for user-added paragraphs. This issue for user-added paragraphs has been corrected.
Project Notes Are Not Retained When Projects are Copied
The issue that caused project notes not to copy if a user created a new project based on an existing project or office master with project notes has been corrected.
Auto-Save and Track Changes
Corrected the issue where the auto-save feature was not working properly while in Track Changes mode.
System Messages Have Been Clarified
- Various system messages and pop-up messages have been updated with grammatical corrections.
- The instruction that appears at the top of the Role Permissions page has been updated to provide clarified guidance to users.
- Updated RIB logos and company address have been added to the home page and login page.
Various Data Fixes
Various data fixes that are project-specific and customer-specific have been applied since the previous SpecLink Cloud release.
