Search results can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

Exporting Results to Excel
Follow these steps to export your search results to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Once you've executed your desired search, click the Company Activities or Project Activities tab.
- Once the table of selected results appears, click the Export button located on the right side of the screen above the results window.
- The Excel file will be created. You'll receive a notification message in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click the download link in the export message to download the results file.
The Export Files Menu button will allow you to retrieve files created within the current session.
By default, current browsers save downloaded files locally to the Downloads folder. If your default downloads location has been changed, you'll find downloaded files there.
Reviewing Results Exported to Excel
The exported results spreadsheet will contain 4 worksheets (tabs).
- The Home tab will describe the tabs found on the sheet.
- The Standard worksheet will contain all of the selected columns for viewing from both the Projects and Companies result tabs.
- The All worksheet will display all available columns from both result tabs.
- The Search Criteria worksheet will list the search criteria (options and filters) selected to obtain the results.
