Date Range Settings in SpecLive Impact

Overview

SpecLive Impact offers date range filters in the Live Search, Spec Rate Trend Analysis, and Executive Overview tools.

Live Search Date Range Filter

The default date range setting for the Live Search is "Last 30 Days".

The Date Range filter is located at the top of the Live Search tool.

The date range setting options are:

• Custom Range (Displays current selection date range)
• Year-to-Date
• Last 12 Months
• Last Month
• This Month
• Last 30 Days (default search setting)
• Last 7 Days
• Yesterday

Custom Range

Click the first option in the date range bar to reveal a calendar for selecting a custom date range as shown below.

This field will display the date range selected for all date range options (Last 12 Months, Last Month, Last 30 Days, etc.).

Year-to-Date

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from January 1 of the current year to the current date. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "Jan 1 - May 31" as depicted below.

Last 12 months

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the last 12 months. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "May 31 - May 31" as depicted below.

Last Month

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from the last calendar month. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "April 1 - April 30" as depicted below.

This Month

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from the first of the current month to the current date. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "May 2 - May 31" as depicted below.

Last 30 Days (default search setting)

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from the last consecutive 30 days. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "May 2 - May 31" as depicted below.

Last 7 Days

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from the last consecutive 7 days. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "May 25 - May 31" as depicted below.

Yesterday

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from the last 24 hours. For example, on May 31st, the custom range field will display "May 30 - May 30" as depicted below.

Spec Rate Trend Analysis Date Range Filter

The default date range setting for the Spec Rate Trend Analysis is "2 years".

Click the Filters button in the top left corner of the Spec Rate Trend Analysis screen.

Select the desired setting then click Apply.

Executive Overview Date Range Filter

The default date range setting for the Executive Overview is "2 years".

The date range setting options are:

• Custom Range (Displays current selection date range)
• Year-to-Date
• 3 Months
• 6 months
• 1 Year
• 2 Years (default setting)
• Options for the last 4 quarters

Custom Range

Click the first option in the date range bar to reveal a calendar for selecting a custom date range as shown below.

This field will display the date range selected for all date range options (Last 12 Months, Last Month, Last 30 Days, etc.).

Year-to-Date

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria from January 1 of the current year to the end of the most current month. If Year-To-Date is selected on the 15th of the month, the search criteria will run from the first of the year to the last day of the previous month.

The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. For example, on July 28th, the custom range field will display "01/01/2025 - 06/30/2025" as depicted below.

3 Months

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the last 3 months. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. 

6 Months

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the last 6 months. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. 

1 Year

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the last year. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. 

2 Years (default setting)

The 2 Year filter is the default if there has been no saved search set as the default. Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the last 2 years. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field. 

Options for the last 4 quarters

Select this option to view all projects based on the search criteria for the selected quarter. The date range will be displayed in the custom range field.
