Overview
Once a search is invoked in SpecLive Impact, the Summary Overview tab will display graphical representations of the results for total projects and total companies.
Located below the project and company summary result graphs, filter category results are displayed so that the searcher may understand the universe they are working within.
The Company Activities tab will display a table of company-based results, while the Project Activities tab will display project information results. These tabs are based on the purchased options of the account.
Summary Overview
Summary Overview Graphs
Result totals for total projects and total companies are displayed below the date range settings in SpecLive Impact.
Total Projects will display all projects that have been created or updated in SpecLink matching the search criteria during the date range selected. In the example below, the search has returned 6,375 total projects with 56 projects including Fakro.
Total Companies will display all companies creating or updating SpecLink projects matching the search criteria during the date range selected. In the example below, the search has returned 1,236 total companies with 37 companies specifying Fakro.
Expanding / Minimizing Summary Graphs
Use the expand button in the top right corner of the graph to expand the summary graph.
The expanded view will appear as below.
Use the minimize button to minimize the summary graph back to it's original state.
Company Activities
Detailed "Company" search results will appear in the Company Activities tab located next to the Summary Overview tab below the Simple Search bar / Search Builder.
Click the Company Activities tab to review the table of results. Review the Exporting Results article to learn how to export and review these results in an Excel spreadsheet.
Sorting Columns
Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Hover your cursor on the name of the column to sort the column in an ascending order. Clicking again will reverse the order of the sort to a descending order. You will notice the arrow in the column heading indicating the order of the sort as pictured below.
Select the desired option from the menu to sort the column.
Hiding/Viewing Columns
In the table of results, columns can be hidden.
Click on the three horizontal lines (sometimes referred to as the "hamburger") located in the top right corner of the results table pictured below.
The menu opens as pictured below allowing for the selecting of columns to be hidden or viewed.
Project Activities
Detailed "Project" search results will appear in the Project Activities tab located next to the Company Activities tab below the Simple Search bar / Search Builder.
Click on a tab to review the results for each table. Review the Exporting Results article to learn how to export and review these results in an Excel spreadsheet.
