Overview
We at RIB are excited to have you aboard and want to make getting started a quick and easy process. With that goal in mind, we've created these 4 Quick Start Lessons.
These lessons are intended to provide a quick start to those who have experience with specification automation tools, or want to get up and running quickly with the basics of SpecLink Cloud.
Quick Start Lesson #1: Create a New Project - Review Project Settings - Activate Sections - Activate & Edit Paragraphs:
The intent of the first lesson is to create a project, review project settings, activate sections as well as paragraphs, and perform some basic editing, all while investigating the interface and options available during the editing process.
Quick Start Lesson #2: Importing Content - Basic Linking - Printing & Exporting:
The intent of the second lesson is to work through the steps of importing content, basic linking, and exporting to the desired output.
Quick Start Lesson #3: Upload a Revit® file - Review BIM Elements - Link Elements to Suggested Sections:
The intent of the third lesson is to work through the steps of uploading a Revit® file, reviewing BIM elements, and linking elements to recommended specification sections.
Quick Start Lesson #4: Access and Navigate the SpecLink Model Viewer - View Element Information
The intent of the fourth lesson is to access the SpecLink Model Viewer, learn basic navigation, and view element information from within the model viewer.
