Overview
SpecLive Impact users can be deactivated from the user list when the user will not be accessing SpecLive Impact for an extended time. Deactivated users can be reactivated if/when necessary.
Only the Customer Admin role can deactivate or reactivate a user.
Steps to Deactivate a SpecLive Impact User
Follow the steps below to deactivate a SpecLive Impact user.
- Click your name in the top right corner of the SpecLive Impact window.
- Click the Manage Team option.
- Locate the user to be deactivated in the list of users.
- Click the Deactivate (red recycle bin icon) at the far right end of the user row.
A message will appear requesting confirmation of the deactivation.
- Click the Deactivate button on the message.
Deactivating a user does not remove the user from the SpecLive Impact account. The user can be reactivated at any time. Learn more about reactivating a SpecLive Impact User here.
