Overview
When a SpecLive Impact user has been deactivated, they can be reactivated. Only the Customer Admin role can deactivate or reactivate a user.
Steps to Reactivate a SpecLive Impact User
Follow the steps below to reactivate a deactivated SpecLive Impact user.
- Click your name in the top right corner of the SpecLive Impact window.
- Click the Manage Team option.
Confirm that inactive users are being displayed. If inactive users are being displayed, the system will display an inactive users status as "Hide".
If inactive users are not being displayed, the system will display an inactive users status as "Show". Click Show to display the inactive users.
- Once the inactive users are being displayed, locate the user to be reactivated in the list of users.
- Click the Reactivate user button located at the far right end of the user row.
- A dialog box displaying the default role of Normal User will appear. Customer Admin's can edit the role if necessary.
- Click the blue Reactivate user button to reactivate this user.
The reactivated user will now appear in the list of active users.
