Overview
All SpecLive Impact users can view and update their user profile.
View and Update "My Profile"
Follow the steps below to view and update your SpecLive Impact profile.
- Click your name in the top right corner of the SpecLive Impact window.
- Click Manage Team.
- From the Manage Team dashboard click "My Profile".
The profile screen will display your user account information.

The Basic Info area displays the general user information such as email address, first and last names, phone number and address. These fields can be updated by the user.

The Role field displays the current role of the user's account. Only a Customer Admin can change a user's role.

The account area displays who created the account and when the account was created.
- If any changes are made to the profile, click the Update button located in the lower right corner of the My Profile screen.
