Overview
The Recipient Panel in SpecLive Collaborate is where users will import their own content for editing.

The Recipient Panel Toolbox
The Recipient Panel Toolbox is located in the top left corner of the Recipient Panel. The toolbox can be minimized or expanded just by clicking it once. The arrow on the toolbox icon will indicate if it is minimized or expanded.

Minimize / Expand the Recipient Panel
The Recipient Panel can be minimized to make more screen real estate for the Donor Panel.
Click the Minimize button:
The Recipient Panel will dock to the side of the window:
Click the "+" to expand the Recipient Panel.
Importing Project Specifications
User project specifications can be imported into the Recipient Panel from the users local storage, or online drive. Imported project specifications must be in the form of an MS Word file (.DOCX).
Follow the steps below to import project specifications (.DOCX) into the project.
- Click the Import Project Specifications icon located at the top center of the Recipient Panel.
- Click the Open New option from the list.
- The Open dialog box will open where a file from local storage can be selected. Select the MS Word file needed for the project. Only one Word file at a time can be imported.
If the project has had previous documents imported, click the Open Recent option. A list of the documents recently opened will appear allowing for selection.
- The file will be processed based on 4 validations:
- File Type Validation: The selected file format is valid and supported (.DOCX).
- File Upload: The selected document contains valid content.
- Extract Style: The selected document contains compatible styles and formatting.

Validation: The selected document contains compatible and complete hierarchy.
- When the file import status is complete, click the Import button to import the selected document.
