Overview

When editing project specification content, the Quick Access Toolbar includes a "Select your Preferred Layout icon.

Selecting a Preferred Layout

The specification editing window is essentially made up of 3 parts:

• The Donor Panel: SpecLink Section(s) selected when creating the project.
• The Document Map: 
• The Recipient Panel: Word DOCX or RTF files imported into the project by the user.

Each of these has it's own tool kits and options. Users have the ability to move these parts in a way that makes them most productive.

The default layout is shown below:
