Downloading Specification Content in SpecLive Collaborate

Overview

SpecLive Collaborate allows the user to download a local copy of the specification content from a project.

Steps to Download Specification Content from a Project

Follow the steps below to download a local copy of the specification content from a project.

1. From the Quick Access Toolbar, click the Download icon.
   
   
   
   The Download Project window will appear displaying the documents in both the donor and recipient panels.
   
   
   
   
2. Edit any of the document names in the Editable Document Name fields.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the PDF or MS Word Icon for each document to download that format. 
   
   
   
   Multiple documents and formats can be selected at one time.
   
   
4. Click the Download button.
   
   
   
   
5. Select a destination location for the downloaded file(s).
