Changing Your SpecLive Impact Password

Overview

Signing on to SpecLive Impact requires a user name (valid email address) and a password.

Before logging in, you can change your SpecLive Impact Password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. 

Changing your SpecLive Impact Password

Your SpecLive Impact password can be changed from 2 locations:

1. Before login
2. After login

Change your password before logging in:

Follow the steps below to change your SpecLive Impact Password. 

1. 1. From the login page, before signing on to SpecLive Impact, locate and click the "Forgot password?" link.
      
      
      
      
   2. The Password Reset screen will open. Enter your email address in the provided field and click the RESET PASSWORD button.
      
      
      
      
   3. An email will automatically be sent to the email address entered on the Password Reset screen. The email will contain a recovery code.
      
      
      
      
   4. Enter the reset code into the provided field within the form now available.
      
      
      
      
   5. Enter and confirm the new password. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number, one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one special character.
      
      
   6. Click the Reset Password button.
      
      
      
      

Change your password after logging in:

1. Click your name in the top right corner of the SpecLive Impact window.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Manage Team.
   
   
   
   
3. From the Manage Team dashboard click "My Profile".
   
   
   
   The profile screen will display your user account information. 
   
   
4. From the My Profile screen, click the Reset Password button.
   
   
   
   
5. The Password Reset screen will open. Enter your email address in the provided field and click the RESET PASSWORD button.
   
   
   
   
6. An email will automatically be sent to the email address entered on the Password Reset screen. The email will contain a recovery code.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter the reset code into the provided field within the form now available.

9. Click the Reset Password button.
