Overview
SpecLive user accounts can be edited by the Customer Admin.
Steps to Edit a SpecLive Impact User
Follow the steps below to edit a SpecLive Impact User account.
- Click your name in the top right corner of the SpecLive Impact window.
- Click Manage Team.
- From the Manage Team dashboard, click the blue edit user icon.
The user information window will appear.
- Click the Edit User button in the top right corner of the user information screen.
The user information will become editable.
- Make any necessary edits to the user information. The Email Address, First Name, and Last Name fields are required fields. Only a Customer Admin can change the role of a user.
- When all necessary edits have been made, click the Update button located in the bottom right corner of the user information screen.
