Downloading a Project Version in SpecLive Collaborate

Overview

From the Project Versions Card, any version can be downloaded.

Downloading a Project Version

Follow the steps below to download a project version.

1. From within a SpecLive Collaborate project, click the Versions button located in the top left corner of the SpecLive Collaborate window, next to the project name.
   
   
   
   The Project Version Card will open displaying the different versions of the project.
   
   
   
   The Project Versions Card displayed above shows the only version as the Primary Draft.
   
   
2. From the Project Versions Card, click the Download button located on the version to be downloaded.
   
   
   
   The Download Project window will appear.
   
   
   
   Each document from both the Donor Panel and the Recipient Panel will appear here. The document names are editable.
   
   
3. Click to select the export format (PDF or DOCX) for any of the documents listed on the Download Project window.
   
   
   
   The image above displays the PDF options for each document selected.
   
   
4. then click the Download button.
