The SpecLive Collaborate Quick Access Toolbar

Overview

The icons located in the top right corner of every SpecLive Collaborate window provide the user with multiple tools and features listed below.

The Quick Access Toolbar of SpecLive Collaborate is located in the top right corner of every SpecLive Collaborate window.

From the My Projects List, the Quick Access Toolbar will appear as below:

When editing specification content within a project, the Quick Access Toolbar will have additional tools:

	Download Specification Content allows the user to download a DOCX file of the Recipient Panel. See the article Downloading Specification Content for more information.
	Get Expert Help provides access to help from your internal organization. Review the Get Expert Help article for more details.
	Help Menu provides access to the RIB Support team. Review the SpecLive Collaborate Help Menu article for more details.
	Select your preferred layout appears when editing specification content. This tool allows the user to customize the layout of the editing window. See Select Preferred Layout for more details.
	Notifications provide access to notifications for users to review.
	The user initials icon will provide access to the user's profile.
	The Logout button will access a confirmation screen before logging out.
