Overview

Get Expert Help is an option on the SpecLive Collaborate Quick Access Toolbar. As a branded online subscription service, your organization has built in it's own content and support options. The Get Expert Help option will connect you to your organizations help desk.

Using Get Expert Help

Get Expert Help will access a form that connects you to your organization's help desk.

The following fields are mandatory:

  • Category: This list will be specific to the organization.
  • Subject: Enter a Subject line for the correspondence.
  • Issue: Enter a short description of the issue.
  • Email: Enter your email address here.

When the mandatory fields have been populated, the Submit button will become active:

The form will be sent to your organizations help desk / SpecLive Collaborate expert.
