Overview
The Audit Trail allows users to see who made the latest paragraph activation, deactivation, and edits within a section.
Audit Trail works independently from Track Changes, indicating if a paragraph has been activated, deactivated, or edited instead of showing specific edits.
This article contains:
Audit Trail View
Under the "More" menu on the SpecLink Cloud Toolbar, there will be two options for Audit Trail.
Click on "Show Audit Trail" to enter Audit Trail View.
This will display as red text of the most recent editor’s name and date/time of that edit underneath any paragraph that has been modified.
Any paragraph modifications and activation/deactivation modifications will trigger the Audit Trail to display.
While the Audit Trail View is active, the section will be in a read-only state. Return to the More meu and toggle "Show Audit Trail" again to return to editing mode.
