New Features

The following new features were added to SpecLive Collaborate:

Product Selection & Configuration Workflow

Introduced a guided workflow enabling specifiers to select and configure products seamlessly within the platform. This feature enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and ensures that the most up-to-date product information is incorporated into project specifications.

Auto-Create Projects via Connect API

External Project IDs, project names, and product configurations are extracted, validated, and loaded directly into the project scope.

Overwrite Existing Project Scope with Confirmation

When an ID conflict is detected, users are guided to either create a new project or overwrite the existing one—with history and audit logs maintained.

Display Compliance Policies at Login

Configurable hyperlinks to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy now appear on all login pages.

User Consent During Sign-Up

All new users are now prompted to review and accept data policies to ensure explicit consent.

Enhancements

The following improvements were made to SpecLive Collaborate:

Enhanced Related Content Display

Related content automatically displays based on selected product. Manual toggles have been removed for a more intuitive experience.

Mapped and Default Value Handling

Improved logic ensures mapped values display for both single and multiple-choice fields. Defaults are shown when mappings are unavailable.

Segment Status Accuracy

Updates to the segment handling logic improve how active/inactive states are displayed and exported.

Project- and customer-specific issues addressed to improve platform stability and accuracy.
