Steps to Create a New Project Utilizing a Format Master.
Follow these steps to create a new project by copying the new format master.
- From the SpecLink Cloud Dashboard, click the red Create New Project button.

- From the Create New Project window, Active Project.
- Select to Copy from Office Master.
- Select the appropriate Format Master project.
- Click Next.
- Create a title for the new project. This field will be auto-populated with "Copy of..." the format master being copied. Highlight this name and rename the project.
- Enter the appropriate project information.
- Click Finish.
The project will be created and will open to the sections list.

This only works if the person trying to create the new project has the correct permissions. In the Role Permissions list, I had to change the setting for "Copy Office Master" to Standard to allow my users to create new projects based on our office master. Without changing this setting, they can only create a project from the BSD master content or another project.
