Project Settings - Page Setup

Overview

The page setup tools allow you to change the margins and layout of the printed sections.

Using the Page Setup Tools

Follow the steps below to access the Page Setup tools and edit your page setup settings.

1. From the SpecLink Cloud Toolbar, click the Header / Footer icon.
   
   
   
   
2. The Project Settings window will open. Select the Page Setup tab.
   
   
   
   The page setup window will appear providing tools to edit the margins, the header and footer space from the edge of the page, and the paper size.
   
   
3. In the Margins area, use the arrows on each option to make changes. Changes are saved automatically. You'll see a preview panel on the right side of the window displaying your changes in real time.
   
   
   
   
4. In the From Edge area, set the spacing of your header and footer from the edge of the page. Use the arrows on each option to make changes. Changes are saved automatically. Note that you can select to mirror the margins if you need to make them identical. You'll see a preview panel on the right side of the window displaying your changes in real time.
   
   
   
   
5. In the Paper Size area, select the format along with the page width and height. 
   
   
   
   Paper size format options are:

   Statement	5.5"	8.5"
   Executive	7.2"	10.5"
   A3	11.7"	16.5"

   B5	7.2"	10.1"

   
   Review the preview panel on the right side of the window displaying your changes in real time.
