Overview
SpecLink Cloud contains Report Tags and View Tags.
Report Tags determine which paragraphs will appear in a selected report. There are over 40 integrated RIB Master Report Tags and User Tags can be created and customized by licensed users.
View Tags determine which paragraphs will appear in a selected view.

Locating & Navigating Tags
This section will cover the basics of locating tags and navigating the tag menus.
Accessing Tags
Tags are accessed from the Sequence Manager located on the left side of the document editing window.
From the Sequence Manager menu, click "Tags".
The Tags menu provides the ability to search for tags, sort tags, and review tag counts.
Searching Tags
Tags can be searched for by typing into the search field at the top of the Tags menu.
Sorting Tags
Tags can be sorted by clicking the sort menu and selecting a sort option.
Tag Counts
From the Tags menu, the number of paragraphs a tag is applied to is listed next to the Tag name. The example below shows 11 paragraphs in the section are tagged with the "ML" Manufacturer Listing tag.

RIB Master Report Tags
Master tags are tags that are created and attached to paragraphs by the RIB Content Team. In the Tags menu, Master tags appear as pictured below.

User Report Tags
User tags are tags that are created by users to cover any other situations where a tag is deemed necessary. In the Tags menu, User tags appear with the blue "U" next to them as pictured below.

View Tags
View Tags are tags that are built into SpecLink Cloud to allow for different viewing filters to be applied. Those filters are Short Form and Outline Form views.
