Overview
Flexible content is a premium feature set that allows users to customize the section folder tree and use section ID's that do not conform to CSI MasterFormat.

A new role permission "Customize Folders" has been added for this feature. The default role for this feature is System Manager.
Add, Edit, and Delete Custom Folders & Subfolders
Custom folders can now be added to the Sections list, edited once they exist, and deleted if and when they are no longer needed. These folders will be added at the project level and will be visible to all users of that project.
Follow the steps below to add a new custom folder.
- Click the red New button from the Sections List and select the New Folder link at the bottom of the menu.
- The options to select from any available custom folders as well as to "Create New" will appear. When a new folder is created the user will be asked to provide a Division Number (10 characters max / alpha numeric accepted) along with a Division Folder Name.
- Once the new folder or Division is created, the options menu on the right side of the Sections List will provide the options to add a subfolder, hide the folder, edit the folder, or delete the folder. Deleting a folder or subfolder can only be done when the folder is empty.
Hide RIB Master Folders
RIB Master Content can now be hidden. These folders will be hidden at the project level and will be hidden from all user of that project.
Follow the steps below to hide a RIB Master Folder.
- Locate the RIBMaster Folder to be hidden.
- Click the associated options menu (three vertical dots) on the right side of the Sections List.
- Select the Hide Folder option.

To show (unhide) a hidden folder, access the sections view menu from the project's Section List and select Hidden Content.

This action will display any hidden sections in a list. Click the associated options menu (three vertical dots) on the right side of the Sections List and select Unhide Folder.
The selected folder will now appear in the Sections List for the project.
All RIB Master Folders can be hidden simultaneously by using the toggle switch on the sections list.
Show/Hide All RIB Master Sections

...as well as in the project Summary Info:
Use this toggle to unhide sections at any time.
Add a User Section to any Folder
When you create a new section or change the name or number of an existing user-created section, a folder will be suggested based on the section and folder number. If you prefer a different folder, use the new folder selection button to assign the section to any other folder in the project.
Section numbers may include:
- 4 – 12 characters
- Letters as well as numerals

The following special characters:
- Period (.)
- Comma (,)
- Hyphen (-)
Moving Existing User Sections to Any Folder
If a user section has been imported or created and already exists in a project folder, it is still possible to quickly move the section to any other folder in the project.
- Locate the User Section to be moved
- Either click the three vertical dots located at the end of the section row or right click on the section to open the options menu. From the menu, click the "Move to folder" option.
- The Move to Folder window will appear, from there select the desired folder or subfolder for the section to be moved to. Once a folder has the blue checkbox next to it, click "Move" and the section will now appear in the new folder.
