Key Highlights
The Executive Overview has been redesigned to help BPM Sales and Marketing leaders track specification activity across custom date ranges, regions, and top firm activity eliminating the need to manipulate data using external tools.

New Features
The new features of SpecLive Impact Version 2025.2.0 include:
- Executive Overview – Total Projects Line Graph
- Enhanced Date Range Filters
- Executive Overview - Seamlessly Access Firm Details
- Extended Global Filters
Executive Overview - Total Projects Line Graph
The "Created" and "Modified" line graphs have been replaced with a unified Total Projects line graph providing a holistic view of specification activity over time.
Enhanced Date Range Filters
A global date range picker has been introduced along with flexible custom date ranges.
Filters have been expanded to include the last four full Quarters, Year to Date, and 3 Months range, all dynamically synchronized.
Executive Overview - Seamlessly Access Firm Details
Now seamlessly access the location and details of the Top 25, New, and Returning firms, to explore firm-level specification activity.
Each view opens in a new tab with insights related to Project Specification Activity, Specification Rate Trend Analysis and firm analytics.
Dynamic filtering behavior is consistent across all date range filters, showing firm activity specific to the selected time window.
Extended Global Filters
A new Firm Location filter has been added along with the updated Date Range filtering.
New filters are compatible with and extended across Saved Searches and report exports.
Enhancements
The enhancements of SpecLive Impact Version 2025.2.0 include:
New Login Experience
The login page has been streamlined to improve accessibility and a new carousel view on the login screen displays timely product updates, feature announcements, and helpful tips.
Users can now bookmark a dedicated login URL for direct access.
Improved Team Management
The Manage Teams page now displays inactive users by default and shows a validation message when attempting to add an email already linked to an existing SpecLink/SpecLive account.
Fixes
Various code and data fixes that are project- or customer-specific have been applied since the previous SpecLive Impact release.
