Overview
User accounts must be deactivated before they are deleted. Review the steps to deactivate and then delete a user account here.
Steps to Delete a User Account
Follow these steps to delete a deactivated user account.
- From the SpecLink Cloud Dashboard, click the People tab:
- In order to be deleted, a user account must first be deactivated. Deactivated user accounts will be listed in the All Inactive User list. From the user menu, click the All Inactive User link.
- Locate the user account to be deleted. Click on the ellipsis at the right end of the user account entry row to access the options menu.
- From the options menu, select Delete User.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the user account.
- Click the red Delete button to delete the account. The account has now been permanently deleted.
