Overview
Users now have the ability to add hyperlinks directly to section content, and include those hyperlinks when exporting and printing documents.

Insert a Hyperlink
Follow the steps below to insert a hyperlink.
- Select the text to be linked to a URL.
- Click the “insert hyperlink” icon from the toolbar.
The URL entry window will appear. - Enter the URL in the provided field.
As a time-saving shortcut, this can also be initiated by selecting the content and hitting (Control + K) together to invoke the box to type in the URL, or right clicking the content and selecting Insert Hyperlink. - Click the Insert button.
Once text is hyperlinked, it will appear in blue color, and when the text is hovered over will appear in a navy blue color and a hyperlink “hand” icon will be visible if the text is hovered over.
Within the printed or exported document, the hyperlink will appear as all hyperlinks, blue and underlined.
Hyperlinks can easily be removed or edited by clicking on the content and editing as desired.
Opening a Hyperlink
Follow the steps below to open a previously created hyperlink.
- Locate and click the previously created hyperlink within the text.
- A menu will appear.
- Click the "Open Link" icon.
The link will open in your preferred browser.
Editing a Hyperlink
Follow the steps below to edit a previously created hyperlink.
- Locate and click the previously created hyperlink within the text.
A menu will appear. - Click the "Edit Link" icon.
The hyperlink edit menu will appear. - Make any necessary changes to the Text or URL fields, then click the Update button.
Removing a Hyperlink
Follow the steps below to remove a previously created hyperlink.
- Locate and click the previously created hyperlink within the text.
- A menu will appear.
- Click the "Unlink" icon.
The link will be removed and the text will return to its normal color.
