Overview
Active Projects and Office Masters that are no longer in regular, active use can be archived. When a project is archived it is moved to a list of archived projects where it can be restored.
Here are some additional details about archiving a project:
- Archiving projects will remove active access for all other internal users on the account.
- For those projects and office masters that have been shared with an outside collaborator access will be removed if archived by the owner. Outside collaborators will be notified via email if projects/masters have been archived.
- Permission to archive can be controlled by Role Permissions. Permission defaults to System Manager unless changed.
- Restoring a project can be done from within the Archived folder by selecting the “Restore” option. Learn more about restoring an archived project.
