Shared With Me Projects List

Overview

The Shared With Me projects list displays the projects that have been shared with you from outside of your SpecLink Cloud account.

You can access the Shared With Me projects list at any time by clicking on the Shared With Me link from the SpecLink Cloud Dashboard pictured below.

Shared With Me project information is displayed for 20 projects per page by default. A page navigation tool is located in the lower left corner of the Projects window as shown below.

Click the Items per page number to change how many projects appear on each page of the projects list.

Searching Shared With Me Projects 

The Shared With Me projects list provides the ability to search for projects by name. Simply click in the Search Shared Files field and type a full or partial project name.

Sorting Shared With Me Projects

The default sort of the Shared With Me Projects list is the Shared Date column.

The Shared With Me Projects list can be sorted by any of the following columns:

• Name: Displays the name of the project.
• ID: Displays the System Project ID. In the Summary Info of any project, a user can set an internal project ID.
• Sections: Displays how many sections are active in the project.
• File Type: Displays the type of file that was shared: Project or Office Master.
• Shared By: Displays the user who last modified the project.
• Shared Date: Displays the date the project was shared.

Click on the name of the column to sort the data by that column. Click twice to reverse the order (ascending/descending).
