Overview
The Office Master Projects list displays the Office Master projects the signed-in user can see or access. By default, only System Managers have permission to create or edit Office Masters.
Access the list of Office Master Projects by clicking the Office Masters link on the SpecLink Cloud Dashboard as shown below.

Searching Office Master Projects
The Office Master Projects list provides the ability to search for office master projects by project name or project id. Simply click in the Search Project Files field and type a full or partial office master project name or project id.
Sorting Office Master Projects
The default sort of the Office Master Projects list is the Last Modified column.
The Office Master Projects list can be sorted by any of the following columns:
- Name: Displays the name of the project.
- Type: Displays the sharing & privacy setting of the project: Public, Private or Hidden. Learn more here: Project Sharing & Privacy.
- ID: Displays the System Project ID. In the Summary Info of any project, a user can set an internal project ID.
- Sections: Displays how many sections are active in the project.
- Last Modified: Displays the last time the project was modified.
- Modified By: Displays the user who last modified the project.
Click on the name of the column to sort the data by that column. Click twice to reverse the order (ascending/descending).
Show/Hide Columns
The show/hide columns tool is located in the top right corner of the Office Masters Projects List.
Clicking this icon will open the Show/Hide Columns feature.
Here, simply select the columns you want to view and deselect those columns you don't want to view. The Name column will always be visible.
Office Masters Projects List Display
Office Master project information is displayed for 20 projects per page by default. A page navigation tool is located in the lower left corner of the Projects window as shown below.
Click the Items per page number to change how many projects appear on each page of the projects list.
