Utilizing Views & View Tags in SpecLink Cloud Video

  How can I remove a paragraph from short form view? I do not want the submittals paragraph to be included.

  Hi Chris,

  Access the Tags menu from the Sequence Manager on the left side of the section editing window. In the "View" column locate the "Short Form" tag you want to remove and click it. You'll see a checkmark on the left of the tag and an "M" on the right.

  

  Click the checkmark. You may receive a message that in order to remove this tag, the same action will occur to the remainder of the "Submittals" paragraphs.

  Keep in mind that you'll need the appropriate role permission to access and edit these tags.
