Overview

The My Projects List showcases all your projects in a dynamic data grid that can be effortlessly edited, sorted and filtered.

Exploring the Project Data Grid

Each project is organized by the following attributes: Project Type, Design Phase, Status, and Modified Date.

Projects and Guide Spec Counts

Each project has a notification badge displaying the total count of project specification documents and the total guide specification documents included in the project.

The Gray Badge depicts the count of Unique Project Specification documents that have been imported into your project (as doc or docx).

The Green Badge depicts the count of Unique Guide Specifications that are being actively referenced in your project.

The "Project Type" column allows you to choose from a list of typologies. This list is being actively expanded and your feedback is welcome.

The "Design Phase" column allows you to choose from a list of typologies defined by CSI (Construction Specifications Institute). This list is being actively expanded and your feedback is welcome.

The "Status" column allows you to choose from a list of typologies. This list is being actively expanded and your feedback is welcome.

The "Modified Date" field displays the most recent date, a project was updated, providing a clear timestamp for tracking changes and progress.

Note:

All projects are created with the following default attribute values:

1. Project Type: Large

2. Design Phase: Conceptual

3. Status: Open

These attribute values can be edited at any point in the project.
